DOJ launches criminal probe into Supreme Court leak overturning Roe v Wade
The final decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization was issued on June 24, 2022.
The DOJ and the U.S. Attorney's Office declined to comment on the investigation.
The court announced in January 2023 that investigators were unable to identify a person responsible by a preponderance of the evidence.
