UK PM says it is clear Russia interfered in Brexit referendum
Burnham did not provide evidence for or details on his claim about Russian interference in the Brexit vote.
Burnham said in his address to the United Nations General Assembly in September that Russia attempted to interfere in the UK's 2019 general election.
The 2020 Intelligence and Security Committee report confirmed that Russia had meddled in the 2014 Scottish independence referendum.
