UK Prosecutors Seek Terrorism Sentences for Pro-Palestine Direct Action Activists
Following the trial verdicts, trial judge Philip Parry notified the defence legal team that he intended to consider whether the offence carried a terrorist connection.
The five activists are scheduled to receive their sentences on September 4.
Five Palestine Action activists in the UK will not face sentencing under terrorism laws according to a judicial ruling.
