Autopsy shows Tennessee National Guard fatally shot armed man in back
Attorney Andre Wharton said it was not illegal for Johnson to be carrying the ammunition in Tennessee.
Authorities had said Johnson turned toward guard members with a gun and was fatally shot in the chest.
