NCAA says no plan to change transgender athlete rules after Supreme Court ruling
The Supreme Court ruled that states can pass bans on transgender participation in girls' and women's sports, finding policies that base eligibility on biological sex do not violate the Constitution or Title IX.
Baker told CBS News that the NCAA's national standard is going to be what they expect their schools to use with respect to eligibility issues for college sports, regardless of any disputes over state law.
