One killed in Paris area shooting; Elysee calls it racist, terrorist attack
Trappes Mayor Ali Rabeh said the person killed was of African origin and a critically wounded person was of North African origin.
The Elysee presidential palace described the shooting as a racist, terrorist attack.
Laurent Nunez said three of the victims, including the 12-year-old girl, suffered life-threatening injuries.
