Nick Kyrgios provisionally suspended after positive cocaine test
Kyrgios had publicly criticised Jannik Sinner and Iga Swiatek over their failed doping tests in 2024.
The ITIA said Kyrgios' sample was taken on June 22 and the positive result was not confirmed until July 17.
British player Dan Evans tested positive for cocaine at the 2017 Barcelona Open and served a one-year suspension.
