Seven missing after building collapse in Nairobi, Kenya
Rescue efforts were complicated by concerns that using diggers could limit air supply to those trapped, prompting emergency responders to stop using them.
Interior ministry official Kipchumba Murkomen said 66 of the 67 construction workers in the building escaped unharmed and one suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Those missing were thought to have been in shops at the base of the building.
