Mahmoud Khalil sues Columbia University over anti-Palestinian discrimination
Columbia declined to comment on pending litigation but said it is committed to protecting its community from discrimination and harassment.
The complaint is 60 pages long.
Mahmoud Khalil was arrested by federal immigration agents at his Columbia university apartment in March 2025.
