Black had a six-year affair with former Russian model Guzel Ganieva.
Robert Garcia called for Black to be held in contempt immediately.

Leon Black fails to appear for House deposition, sues Oversight Committee over Epstein probe subpoena
Black's attorney Susan Estrich said the committee is on a fishing expedition that oversteps its authority.
Black maintained a social relationship with Epstein since the mid-1990s and paid him more than $170 million for tax and estate planning advice, according to the Senate Finance Committee.
Black's lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
