King Charles begins Caribbean tour acknowledging past suffering
Upon arrival, King Charles met Governor General Dame Cynthia A. Pratt and Prime Minister Philip Edward Davis of the Bahamas.
A group of approximately a dozen protesters gathered near the rally calling for reparations and the return of stolen artefacts.
The tour covers three Caribbean countries: the Bahamas, Guyana, and Antigua and Barbuda.
