NASA astronauts conduct 6.5-hour ISS spacewalk for solar array upgrade

Six iROSA assemblies have already been deployed since 2021, leaving two awaiting delivery to the station later in the year.

Two more U.S. spacewalks are scheduled for August 2026: EVA 97 on August 13 and EVA 98 on August 25.

NASA astronauts Jessica Meir and Anil Menon conducted a 6.5-hour spacewalk on August 6, 2026.
