Imran Khan's family and PTI officials say three of his sisters have been detained in Lahore ahead of a September 27 march on Islamabad.
Aleema Khanum was detained in Lahore on Sunday afternoon.
The arrest order stated that Aleema Khanum had been mobilising people to "create law and order situations".
