Pakistan Supreme Court suspends Imaan Mazari and husband's sentences in tweets case
The Anti-Terrorism Court rejected a police request for 30 days of physical remand and sent Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha on judicial remand to Adiala Jail.
Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha were originally booked by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency under Sections 9, 10, 11 and 26 of PECA.
Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha were indicted on October 30.
