Five EU nations inch toward deal on migrant return hubs by 2027
The Group of Five is set to reconvene in Munich, Germany, at the end of September to advance the plan.
Five European nations—Germany, Austria, Greece, Denmark, and the Netherlands—known as the Group of Five have agreed on concrete steps toward a deal with an unspecified non-EU country to host migrant return facilities.
Mortem Bodskov said the five nations would be in dialogue with the International Organization for Migration and UNHCR on their next steps.
