Ex-CIA officer accused of stealing gold bars reaches tentative plea deal
Rush has been held in custody since his arrest after being deemed a flight risk.
According to an FBI affidavit, Rush was fired after allegedly taking 303 bullion bars and more than $2m in foreign currency from his government office.
A search of Rush's home in Virginia turned up 35 luxury watches, many of them Rolex.
