Texas floods kill at least two, hundreds rescued near Camp Mystic region
The heavy rain had ended in both Sonora and Ozona by late Friday afternoon.
The Guadalupe River crested at 37.94 feet in Center Point on Thursday morning.
John Mark Steward, 65, died after being carried off in his mobile home in Kerrville, according to his wife.
