Drunk boater charged in Boston Harbor crash that killed former soccer player
Dankert, of Andover, was a 2024 graduate of Union College, where she played soccer.
DA Kevin Hayden said Shieh drank a mix of alcoholic beverages at the ReelHouse and several other bars in the Seaport before the crash.
Although Shieh held membership in Freedom Boat Club, he had no authorization to remove the vessel.
