Boeing says Starliner spacecraft ready for return
Starliner developed five helium leaks during its last mission, one of which was known before launch.
NASA reduced the number of Starliner missions in Boeing's commercial crew contract from six to four.
Boeing has lost around $2 billion in cost overruns from the Starliner Commercial Crew Program.
