Berlin Pride van-ramming attack; suspect killed by police
Three of the injured people have life-threatening injuries and eight are seriously injured.
German Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt said everything seen in the attack points to an Islamic terror attack.
Police said they believe Ballout rented the vehicle used in the attack.
