Democrat Al Green to force House-wide vote on impeaching Trump
A privileged resolution allows any lawmaker to force the entire House chamber to consider a bill within two legislative days.
House GOP leaders will have to hold a vote on the measure by the end of the day on Wednesday.
Green was thrown out of both of Trump's addresses to a joint session of Congress during this term.
