“I honestly was shocked that Apple responded and acknowledged that they had seen a small number of these things. That's not typical of Apple to do that,”

Ulanoff said he was surprised Apple publicly acknowledged the small number of broken devices, calling it atypical of the company.

“I think that this right now looks like a blip. We'll keep an eye on it if it becomes more than that.”
