Nintendo announced on Wednesday that they will remake The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker for the Wii U with HD graphics. The game will be remade to use the Wii U Gamepad, and this is what got me excited. It should be remembered that Nintendo is also working on a brand new game for the Wii U, but this is just plain awesome. Nintendo also announced a brand new Mario Kart game coming to the console in the same webcast. [Via: NintendoFuse]

They also fell short in iPad sales, iPod sales and Mac sales, but again not by much. In the iPad case they sold 22.9 million iPad units, just falling below their expectation by the.

So we can pretty much confirm that Apple is going announce the iPhone 5 next week, the question is what will accompany the announcement? Apple has a history of annually announcing new iPods in September of every year, so it would only be fitting that if they’re holding an event in September that they would announce some new iPods as well. 9to5Mac, a credible source has come out saying that they believe there will be at least two, possibly three updated iPod models at next weeks event. So.

We thought we were looking at the demise of Canadian smartphone company RIM, but apparently we could be looking at more of a revival. When RIM finally announced a touchscreen smartphone we could get excited about earlier this year, many tech reviewers (including us) believed that this was RIM’s final effort, and they had to go for gold to say the least. In a report by Pocket-Lint we have gotten word that RIM may have more in store for us than just a single new device; Six new devices will.

Apple Genius Bar employees are being instructed to conserve their iPhone 3GS stock ahead of the announcement of the next generation iPhone later this month. An email leaked by 9to5Mac shows that Apple is running low on stock of the devices and should only replace the 3GS’s as a last resort. In the case of display breaks or problems, an Apple Genius Bar employee was encouraged to in the past replace the phone with a new device; This will no longer be the case for the iPhone 3GS, they’re.

Those earphones that you’re so used to either falling out, or having mediocre sound quality from Apple could be done away with in only a matter of a couple of weeks! A report by Tinhte has leaked that there could be much more ergonomic earbuds coming in the near future, and they even provided a video to give us a good look at the new design. The new design definitely looks much more comfortable and form fitting for the ear, and potentially could have better sound quality, maybe that’s.

Everyone wants to know what the iPhone 5 is going to look like, it’s a constantly rumored and talked about device, but we pretty much have the design already in our hands through the constant rumors over the previous number of months. GSM Israel News got a rather unique look at what the final product may look like at IFA 2012 in Berlin this past week, and they even gave us a video to get a better look at the device. Now we must caution you by saying this may not be the completely finalised.

Below you can take a gander at a mystery HTC device. At this point it’s unknown exactly what the device is, or what it will be, but we do have reason to assume this could be the rumored 5-inch, 1080p handset, which we had heard of but again there is no guarantee that is what this is. The Verge reports that this device did show up on a benchmarking site, and this could mean that it may boast a next-gen chip, more advanced than the Qualcomm S4. TechnoBuffalo notes that the red border around.
